Enter game scores as you play them. Once the match is completed, your opponent should review the scores and enter the last two digits of THEIR birth year into YOUR device in order to submit. This way we have two-way verification.

The results only need to be submitted from one device. Once submitted, the match will no longer be editable, so please review all the scores carefully! If you encounter issues or have any questions, please report to the control desk.

Venue rules:

- For players in the U1300 event, please parking at the back of store to access the court from the back door of the Store.

- Please follow the Supermarket rules (table tennis court is inside the Hometown Supermarket) There are 2 restrooms inside Store, one each side (not in gym)

- No food or drink in the rubber floor court or in the carpeted area

- No disruptive noises in gym

- Do not walk through the field of play of other tables during play, walk outside the barriers to transit between tables

- In general, be considerate of other players and the tournament staff while enjoying your tournament.

i.e. Try to keep warm-up time between each match brief, less than 2 minutes. Server may announce the score before each point so there is no confusion.

Rules emphasis:

Legal Service

- Ball remains above surface level of table and behind table end line throughout service motion.

- To start service, the ball must rest in your open palm. Ball is projected vertically at least 6 inches and can be struck after starting its descent.

- Ball must remain visible to the receiver throughout service motion.

Check-in process:

Upon arrival at the venue, proceed to the check-in desk 15-minuts earlier prior event starting time and register your arrival by completing the liability waiver.

If you have questions, please see the tournament director or other staff at the control desk.

Tournament Format:

Play will be in two stages in each event, Round Robin and single elimination playoff. All events will start with round robin groups. Top two players from each group will advance to single elimination playoffs. Unrated players can advance from the round robin but no cash prize award if become a winner in the under rating division except in the Championship event.

All games will be to 11 points (win by 2 points if both players are over 10). All matches are best of 5 games.
