Eligibility: Entrants must be USATT members or purchase a USATT membership with their tournament entry. Only players in good standing are allowed.
**Entrants must also have an AAU athletic membership – purchased separately. The cost of an AAU athletic membership is $22 for a youth membership and $24 for an adult membership. Please use this link to sign up for your AAU membership:

To Enter: Online registration and payment at StadiumCompete.com. Payment MUST be made at the time of registration.
Registration Deadline and Rating Cutoff: November 29, 2025.
Refunds: Deadline for refund requests is November 20, 2025, and must be requested in writing to info@capefearttc.com. A 10% admin fee will be deducted from all refunds. NO REFUNDS will be given after November 20, 2025. Please note that AAU membership fees are non-refundable/non-transferable.
Officials: Club Umpire and Tournament Director: Amy Karpinski
Equipment: Six Butterfly Centerfold tables and four Gewo CS Pro 25MM tables. Butterfly R40 3-star
balls.
Clothing: Darker colors are recommended; no white clothing will be allowed. Rubber-soled shoes only. Players must follow all USATT tournament dress code regulations.
Giant Round Robin Format: 48 Players Max – Players will be snake-seeded into preliminary round robin groups of three. The top player of each group will move to the A division, the second-place player will move to the B division, and the third-place player will move to the C division. Each division will have two round robin groups of eight for the main round, with the top two from each group moving to a single-elimination playoff.
Lunch is included for all players!
Entry Fee – includes lunch!!: $35. Must also have a USATT membership as well as a valid AAU
membership. See eligibility above for details.

2nd Place - $300 – Division A
3rd Place - $150 – Division A
1st Place - $200 – Division B
