Division 1: $3000 1st place, $1500 2nd place, $750 3rd place
Division 2: $1000 1st place, $700 2nd place, $500 3rd place
Divisions 3-6: Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place
Other Details
- Venue has wood flooring.
- Awards must be picked up at the control desk. They will not be shipped.
- All matches are 3 out of 5 games.
- Team Check-in time: 20 minutes before event start time.
- Failure to show up to the assigned table 10 minutes after the match start time will result in default.
- All USATT rules will be enforced.
- Rating as of April 20, 2025 will be used for event eligibility.
- Current rating will be used for seeding purposes.
- Parking is free.
Schedule
Friday, May 9th: Warm up from 6-9pm
Saturday, May 10th: Matches from 9am - 9pm
Sunday, May 11th: Matches from 8:30am - 2:30pm
Teams Format
Teams may consist of 3 to 5 players. Teams will be seeded based on the top three players of a team and will be placed in Groups of 7 or 8 per Division. Top 8 teams will be Division A, 9th through 16th seeded teams goes to Division B and so on.
For example: One up (for Division B) Division B plays Division A, winner remains in Division A, loser continues to play One Down preliminaries. One down (for Division B) – Division B plays Division C, winner stays at Division B One down may be played first or vice-versa. After the Divisions are finalized, a Giant RR will be played among the teams within the Division.
A team match is played with three players on each team and will be best of five individual matches, A v. X, B v. Y, C vs Z, B vs X, A vs Z, C vs Y, B vs Z, C vs X, A vs Y. An individual match will be best of 5 games. First team to reach 5 singles match wins, the next singles matches should be halted as it will not count. No substitutions allowed. Unrated players will be given estimated ratings for seeding purposes and are eligible for prizes.) (Tournament Committee has the right to change the number of teams within each Division and/or change the number of Divisions based on the number of team entries.)
