Eligibility: Entrants must be USATT members or purchase a USATT membership with their tournament entry. Only players in good standing are allowed. All entrants must be 18 years or older and have a USATT rating of 2200 or lower.
To Enter: Online registration and payment at Stadiumtt.com. Payment MUST be made at the time of registration.
Refunds: Deadline for refund requests is September 27, 2025 and must be requested in writing to info@capefearttc.com. A 10% admin fee will be deducted from all refunds. NO REFUNDS will be given after September 27, 2025.
Registration Deadline and Rating Cutoff: October 4, 2025
Officials: Club Umpire and Tournament Director: Amy Karpinski
Equipment: Six Butterfly Centerfold tables and nets, and two Hi-Qua tables and butterfly nets. 3-star orange Nittaku Nexcel 40+ balls.
Clothing: Darker colors are recommended; no wearing orange or yellow shirts. Rubber-soled shoes only. Players must follow all USATT tournament dress code regulations.
Giant Round Robin Format: 24 Players Max – Players will be snake-seeded into round robin groups. The top two players from each group will advance to the single-elimination finals, along with playoffs for 3rd and 4th Place.
Entry Fee – includes lunch!!: $60 / $50 early bird – must be registered and paid by September 1, 2025. Unrated players are not eligible for cash prizes in this tournament, except for the furthest-traveled award. Unrated players will receive a USATT rating once this tournament's results are submitted and processed by the USATT.
